Condor has now entered the tactical pant market with their Condor Lightweight Tactical Ripstop Pant.  The 7oz. poly/cotton ripstop fabric makes this pant an excellent choice for all-season wear. Let's take a closer look at it's features and highlight some that competitive pants lack.

Most "tactical" pants have an abundance of pockets, and the Condor Lightweight Pant is no different. However, the options this pant gives you with these pockets are second to none.

The rear pocket is one of the most used on any pant, and the condor features dual rear pockets on each side.  Casually looking at the pant you would think it's a standard flapped pocket, but there is actually an additional open-topped pocket behind the flapped one.

With a velcro top closure this is perfect for a notebook on the job or even a pair of pliers while working around the house.  Competitors pants feature one flapped pocket or one open pocket which can be awkward to access or to large to be useful.

The front pockets include an internal coin pocket and are re-enforced so your knife won't wear the edge out too quickly.

Just to the rear of this pocket is a 5" deep x 1.5" knife pocket on either side and just in front is a 4.5" deep x 3.5" front pocket that should fit most any smart phone. The hook and loop flap on this pocket may also be tucked inside and secured with a secondary closure if you'd rather have this pocket function as an open-topped one.

The two roomy bellowed cargo pockets feature dual internal divider pockets that will accommodate 1 30 round AR-15 mag each, otherwise are perfect for organization.

Finally the calf pockets are 6" deep x 3.25".

Rounding up the features is a self-adjusting tunnel waist, button and YKK zippered fly and slots in the pant cuffs that are drawstring ready.

As you can see, the Condor Lightweight Tactical Ripstop Pant gives you plenty of options as to how you can use your pocket configurations. Get you a pair in either Khaki, Navy or Black in sizes up to a 40" waist at uscav.com today.

One of our most successful products, the versatile windproof, waterproof and breathable Condor Soft Shell Jacket has now been renamed the Condor Summit Soft Shell Jacket.

Most soft shells available today are geared toward the outdoor market. These tend to feature a trim and simplistic design without a lot of extras. Condor's soft shell is different because it is specifically tailored to the tactical operator and is packed with many valuable features.

The soft shell layer is constructed from a 4-way stretch polyester that gives you excellent mobility without bulk and noise. Providing a barrier against the elements, you also have a durable, waterproof, lightweight and breathable fabric beneath the shell that let's the jacket breathe while stopping rain and snow from ruining your day. To retain warmth, the interior is lined with a micro fleece to help keep you warm and wick moisture when the temperature rises.

So where are the tactical features? The first thing you will notice on the exterior, are the oversize loop pads on the arms for insignia placement. You won't find these on your department store jackets. Also, three zippered pockets on the arms allow you to access small items such as electronics with ease. The upper pockets on each arm feature chord pass-through ports so you can choose which side is more usable for you.
On the chest, there are 2 large zippered slash pockets that have a polyester and mesh lining.  The orientation of these allows access even when worn under body armor. Inside each they have one open-top pocket - perfect for a phone or radio - a chord pass-though port - and a D ring to tether items to. Both of these pockets are identical in layout.

On the lower back, you'll find one large tubular style pocket with zippers on both the right and left hand sides for ambidextrous access.

The elbows and forearms are reenforced with the same shell material for durability.

A cinched waist and hook and loop style wrist closures help keep the cold from blowing in, but if you find yourself getting warm, the pit-zips give this jacket excellent ventilation. Also the chest pockets will provide some added ventilation as well since they are mesh lined.

The full front zip has dual zipper pulls, giving the ability to open the bottom part of the jacket for extra mobility. The mandarin style collar can be zipped tight and features a anti-chafing cover over the zipper for comfort.

Permanently attached to the collar is a full hood that can be stowed in it's own zippered compartment when not needed. Dual drawstrings on this hood allow it to be cinched for a proper fit.

Finally, inside the chest are two zippered fleece lined pockets for ultimate security.

For those wanting even less bulk, check out the new Condor Phantom Soft Shell Jacket as well.  It features an updated pocket layout and a mandarin style collar with no hood.

Either the Condor Summit or Phantom Soft Shell Jacket comes in Black, OD, Foliage and Coyote Tan.  Pick one up for your next mission at uscav.com.
